For each section that we cover, I’ll provide activity sheets and memory sheets. I strongly recommend you set aside time to do each activity. That will help you clarify your goals and create your plan.
In fact, I suggest you download the activity sheets and print them out. There’s nothing like using pen and paper to cement your ideas.
